Alert Technologies offers several maintenance programs to allow OpsCenter customers to keep their systems up to date.
Basic Annual Maintenance
Telephonic, fax, and e-mail technical support during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Additionally, all new releases of purchased products are free during the maintenance period. This includes both major and minor releases.
Premier Annual Maintenance
Includes all the benefits of Basic Annual Maintenance plus 24 hour a day, 7 day a week telephonic technical support.
Product Patches & Product Upgrades without Maintenance Agreements
Minor releases of the products, designed primarily to fix any problems identified with OpsCenter, are free. Major releases of the products which add new or improved functionality to OpsCenter have an upgrade charge associated with them if the customer does not have a maintenance agreement in place with Alert Technologies.
